Gulin® travels the globe to provide you using the equipment you’ll need. Application engineering on five continents can instantly assist you in identifying the most cost-effective match for the equipment designed to meet your precise pipe and tube mill processing equipment needs.
Tube Ball Mill
Tube ball mill is a cylindrical low-speed grinding mill. As one of the most robust mills, it consists of a steel barrel, lined with cast abrasion resistant liners, and partially filled with hardened steel balls. Coal mixed with preheated primary air enters both ends of the mill from a crusher/dryer or feeder. As the mill rotates, the balls cascade and pulverize the coal by impact and attrition. The pulverized coal is then conveyed by primary air to external centrifugal classifiers. Fine coal particles exit the classifier into coal piping for transport to the furnace, while oversized coal particles return to the mill, by classification, for further pulverizing.
Tube Ball Mill for cement
The two-compartment mill is suitable for grinding dry, brittle supplies, like cement clinker, granulated blast furnace slag, ore and so on.. It may be operated most economically if a separator is included in the mill circuit. This especially applies if the mill product has to be really fine or without having stray oversize grains that could have a negative effect on the downstream procedure stages.
Tube ball mill used for coal processing
We offers the Riley Tube Ball Mill System for large coal pulverizing applications from abrasive petroleum coke to high moisture content sub bit. coal, such as PRB coal.
This type of mill, with the dependable Riley components provides a flexible, high availability installation with relatively low aintenance. Total capacity of RPI’s Ball Tube Mills in service feed pulverized coal to power plants generating over 15,000 MW of power.
