Marble grinding mills are used as powder making machine. In marble powder production line, it is used for grinding marble into calcium carbonate powder. there are types of marble grinding mill used as pulverizing machine.
Ball mill is large grinding machinery used in marble grinding plant. It’s capacity is very large, and mainly used in coal, cement clinker, mineral ore and glass grinding.
Raymond mill is the stone mining machine used for marble powder processing. The finished size is 0.125 mm, 0.075mm, 0.044mm. The capacity can be 2 t/h – 5 t/h.
Trapezium mill can be used in powder manufacturing process to produce marble powder with 325 mesh size. The ladder-shaped roller and ring improve crushing efficiency greatly. The roller and ring are designed in invented trapezium, which reduce the material’s slipping speed between rollers and ring, extend grinding time, and enhance crushing effect.

The working principle of Marble coarse powder mill are as follows: By the reducer, the motor will drive the distributing plate, bracket of the grinding roller to rotate with the principle axis .The grinding roller equipment will be equipped on the bracket by the cross arm shaft and then rotate with both the central axis and main shaft at the same time .And upon the huge eccentric force ,the grinding roller will grind the materials to the powder. And the final products will fall down onto the floor and then be discharged out by the scraper with synchronized rotating.
