Bornite is an important copper ore mineral and occurs widely in porphyry copper deposits. Bornite is also found as disseminations in mafic igneous rocks, in contact metamorphic skarn deposits, in pegmatites and in sedimentary cupriferous shales. Because of its copper content is about 63 percent by mass, it is one of the most important ores for copper. Nowadays, the bornite is mainly fond in France, Chile, Bolivia, South Australia, America and some other countries.

Bornite Ore Beneficiation Flow
When blast or digger out from the underground or from the mountain, the excavator carry the Bornite to the Bornite crushing site and feed dump the raw Bornite mining to the hopper. Then the vibrating feeder under the hopper feed the raw material to the Bornite ore crushers. Usually the crushed aggregates size is 0~10mm when the Bornite discharged from the Bornite crushers and classified by the vibrating screens. The Bornite grinding machines (such as the ball mill) will grind the Bornite aggregates to sand size or smaller particles. Usually bornite dressing plant adopts wet concentration method. So after classified and cleaned by the spiral classifiers, the particles will be fed to the Bornite flotation machines and mixed with many reagents for Bornite ore concentrating process.
